WiseWare.chat SaaS Platform

WiseWare BV - User Terms Version 1.2 - June 17, 2026

1. GOVERNING AGREEMENT

Your use of WiseWare.chat is governed by your organization’s Master Subscription Agreement with WiseWare BV. Your organization remains responsible for your use of the platform and for ensuring your compliance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Acceptable Use

  • Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes within your organization
  • Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Keep your account credentials secure and do not share accounts
  • Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and your organization’s policies

2.2 AI Output You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or “hallucinations” (false information)
  • You must verify AI Output before using it for important purposes
  • AI should not be the sole basis for critical business decisions
  • You are responsible for consequences of using AI Output

2.3 Data Security

  • Ensure you have authorization to upload any data to the platform
  • Follow your organization’s data security policies
  • Report suspected security incidents immediately

3. PLATFORM RIGHTS AND LIMITS

  • WiseWare retains all rights to the platform and software
  • You retain rights to your content, subject to necessary licenses for platform operation
  • Your access may be terminated by your organization or WiseWare per the Master Subscription Agreement
  • These Terms may be updated in accordance with the Master Subscription Agreement. The current version is available at wiseware.nl/legal

4. COMPLETE TERMS

For complete terms, refer to your organization’s Master Subscription Agreement and associated policies (General Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Statement, Data Processing Agreement). The current versions of the Master Subscription Agreement, General Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Statement, and Data Processing Agreement are available at wiseware.nl/legal.

5. PRIVACY

Processing is governed by WiseWare’s Privacy Statement and your organization’s Data Processing Agreement with WiseWare.

For data we process on behalf of your organization, please contact your organization’s administrator or data protection contact to exercise your data rights.

By using WiseWare.chat, you acknowledge understanding and agreement to these User Terms.
